Next time make sure to post an animation like this in the dumpsters, since this animation is not even a minute long and from what i can tell half of this animation is a test. Now onto actual CnC:

First of all, the art style in those two images don't even match, they're totally different. Second, you should definitely have used something else, like a sprite of those characters instead, i mean, this just looks terrible, with their backrounds and all.

This particular effect is an eyesore compared to the rest because you didn't remove the black background. A way to remove the black background from symbols like this is by turning the symbol into a movie clip and adding one of these filters (don't remember which exactly)

Seriously that was pretty lame, from the way they seemed like they were charging some sort of super power you're just going to end with with both of them slowly approaching each other with a punch pose? No special effects at all? Like wut, i thought they were about to do a super move, but it was just a regular punch? I thought they'd have something like, idk, their hands blazing with fire or electrocuted by plasma or something. Either way the ending is pretty bad as your animation itself is already short, should've made the effort to atleast end it properly.

I could keep CnCing you a little bit more on your physics and animation but for now i won't as i've seen that you've already improved plenty since your last animation. Keep up the good work and keep trying new things! Now i can say for sure that you're no longer an animator with a skill of 2 months of experience, but rather an animator that's starting to learn most of the basics and becoming somewhat decent.

I agree with what Seth said for sure. I didn't have headphones, so I can't comment on the sound for this.
The fight isn't one-sided, which is good! Lots of people end up making fights that are just one person beating the other up instead of a real exchange.
The sprites you used in themselves are flawed, though. One character is much more detailed than the other, which makes the viewer pay more attention to that character. Additionally, I feel like you could do more with your camera movements? They're nothing special right now. If anything, they're a bit generic. Try looking at what other people do for ideas. Even just watching analysis videos on YouTube of what makes a good anime fight scene can help sometimes.
