I attempt in making cinematic still-images with Maple sprites, just for fun and procrastinate writing cover letters. xD

And I guess, since this is the edited sprites section, I'll add some old 'cosplays' I made with my character from some anime. xD You may have seen these around some other forums, but I'll post them here anyway lol.

The manga is way better imo, the ending of the anime sorta killed it for me xD

I used Paint.NET to edit the sprites and Sony Vegas to put it all together. xD

I can still improve, but there are a lot of art tutorials on deviantART (I don't have one, I just lurk LOL) and YouTube regarding lighting, shadows, etc. In Sony Vegas, it's just a lot of Bump Map, Add and Dodge for individual track's Compositing Mode. Also, a lot of practice, 'cause the more you do it, the more you get used to the basics and you can experiment and stylize more :DD.

In the NGA forums, Klaziki held a Lighting Challenge and it really motivated me to practice lighting for my series and future works (even though I couldn't be a winner 'cause I was an NGA member and judge LOL OTL). I made these in like 2012-3ish.

I use BannedStory, Paint.NET, Sony Vegas and Photoshop. :D
