If you ask me that's precisely the problem with the sprite section, you can't just casually dull out a compliment, it discourages posting and interacting. Like what are we even afraid of? Bloating OP's ego? That's petty and if they do get a big head, it's easy to knock 'em down a peg.

You can compliment someone, just make sure there is other stuff that is debatably useful like ... Dunno... CNC?

all you need really, just point out an error or give a tip then compliment.

Anyone who wants to give constructive criticism should by all means do so, but the same should go with people who just want to drop in, look at the tiny squares and say "Neato, keep going!". It's not that deep, fam.
