At the beginning you should sync the walking animation to the sound of the steps

 

I like your purple! :D You also included more facial expressions than a lot of people do when they start out, which is a good thing. It makes it seem more real, if you could call any MS animation "realistic."
In addition to what TheMapleDreamer said, your standing and alert poses are completely stationary. It's not much work to add in the two or three other frames of those animations, so I'd suggest you do that. Your sound is also really low quality, and your attacks don't have any visible effects. At 0:03-0:04, the camera jolts slightly, and overall your vcam movements are a bit sporadic, sometimes seemingly meaningless.

Cause purple is awesome! :D And thank you,I still have a ways to go with my work but the cnc is much appreciated and I will most defiantly keep trying!
