Even if I am wrong, the admins most likely have their own reasons for said "ban" and I don't see much reason to repeal it considering it happened a while ago already.
Spoiler I would look into the reason WHY this happened first before making this. Attempting to convince someone to let him back in without having any idea of what he did isn't going to work in your favor. It's like pulling a gun out without loading it at all.
Being a good animator doesn't mean he gets to come back nor is it a reason for the staff to give him another chance. Also, if you wanted to ask about his ban PM a staff member about it rather than making a thread about it.
