hey guys idk how much the maplemation community is into the smash 4 community but here's me fighting a really famous megaman named StylesX2. He's really good but I can hold my own too, so we're pretty much even in skill. Anyways enjoy~
No offense, but your neutral game was pretty random and you unnecessarily jump like fucking crazy; landing lag is existent in this game, so excessively jumping for no reason is simply a free punish for your opponent. Just things I'd keep in mind.
yea, im aware of landing lag, and i know this was wifi, but eventually i was able to adapt and do the same thing to him (second game). But overall there's a reason why i may have to jump, it's because since mega man is a slow character, i have to find ways to get around and use my projectiles while resetting neutral in unfavorable situations, and smash 4/smash in general is just dynamic that way, in the sense where i have to make do with whatever the situation calls for without getting hit. My play is a lot cleaner offline though. I come from one of the toughest smash 4 regions there is (SoCal) and i have made upsets on really good players on stream before P.S: I looked you up and I don't see you anywhere in any smash communities. do you by any chance, come from a regular fighting game? Perhaps you can describe to me where in the two games my neutral is "random". Mega Man dittos tend to be very volatile anyway because of his many tools being used in many situations, so I would imagine there should be a need for the neutral to be "random" because you're mostly trying not to get outzoned or hit. Perhaps you can also show me what you mean, in a Bo5, by outplaying my neutral and pretty much my style yourself. My NNID is Cynarchy. Maybe I can learn from you if you show me your skill.
