    1. What is your best work? Post as many animations as you need.
DMd Kayas a private animation, but here are a couple of what I'd consider my best.

    Dominic VS Zinon
It was a really big change for me, despite being a combofest. I actually tried out a bunch of different stuff in that animation
like adding sounds before actual animation and tried to make extremely hard impacts (which did fail, but gave me an idea of what I could do to fix it)

    Smash Wall Part
I've never exactly felt like I could just do something off the top of my head, but this animation was full of just random ideas
that I came up with the same day I joined the collab. I, of course, wouldn't have gotten very far with that ending if weren't
for help from a certain someone, but I'm still glad I was able to do it the way I wanted to rather than taking a different route.

    2. Why do you want this position?
To bring the AT closer together, even back when it was active, it always seemed like they were all just spread out and the only time I had ever seen them come together and do something was for one collab and that was it. I think the "team" aspect of AT was an afterthought for the majority of the members and I want to make sure that doesn't happen to the current AT.

    3. What makes you worthy to be in this position?
After what I've shown Kayas, I feel like I've been doing things I would have never even tried before. I'm constantly looking for
more ways to improve not only myself, but others as well (here's an example).

    4. What are your goals in this team?
I really want to start up AT collabs again.
Back when I saw the Maple Job Collab, it made me really want to join AT and be able to participate in something like that, but as of now, that's literally the only AT collab. I feel like part of the reason people aren't really joining AT is because there's no actual reason to. There's nothing to do there aside from have a pretty brown name and I want to attempt to change that with the current AT by starting up more collabs like that. To inspire more people like the original collab inspired me.

    5. Do you have anything else to add?

I am the man who walks the path of the heavens to rule over everything.

    Nothing at all.

Hi Neil, or I guess for formalities sake, Pizzaman432. I’ve always liked your kick combos and how strong your impacts are. Anyways, let’s get started.

    Basics:
It’s clear that you know how sprites move. As a matter of fact, I think that’s probably one of your stronger points. Judging from your animations in the application, there’s a really good understanding of physics, impacts of attacks, gravity, and so forth. It’s great, and I love it.

    Advanced/Cinematics:
Like I said in the previous paragraph, you have a good grasp in how everything moves, and you also have a really good idea of how each shot should play out. For example, in your 1st animation vs. Don, the pacing was consistent and flowed really well, and the part where he unleashes several portals around you was portrayed very well. However, I mentioned to you in DMs earlier, aside from the finishing kick, you don’t really go so far when it comes to utilizing the z-axis, or 2.5d shots of sorts. It may be a good idea to play around with it. Yeah, there are going to be times where you question why you even did it in the first place, but I think even small stuff like a guy walking towards you, or like what you did in both the endings of the animations you applied with, are good places to start. Once you get used to that, making immersive cinematic shots in the middle of your animations will become natural, to the point you’ll feel like it flows well.

    Animation Team Application Replies:
It’s called Animation Team for a reason. As such, it should play like a team. Orrr at least try to.
That’s a pretty good mentality to have, and also having the goal to help improve others is what we’re looking for around here.

That’s pretty interesting. Joining community events and collabs was one of the reasons why I joined in the first place, well that and simply seeing another animator and wanting to be like them. You’re right, and the worst part is that collab isn’t even up anymore due to copyright issues. It’d be cool if we had another collab to represent us.

Final Verdict: Yup, you’re in. Just play around with that z-plane. You may be able to do something with it and compliment your usage of impacts and general fight combinations pretty well.
