This is a sprite collab. It started as a bit of a joke but somewhat evolved into a real thing. The idea is to have your character 'cosplay' as someone else. Or whatever might fit the idea of 'stealing someone's identity.' How to participate? Just post an image of your character cosplaying as someone else in this thread! The Rules! 1-) You can cosplay as anybody or anything. But it is better encouraged to cosplay as another member of the community, or as a friend of yours! The cosplayer can be your own character or somebody's else. It doesn't matter! 2-) If possible, try to also send how your character originally looks, as well as the character you're cosplaying as. 3-) No NSFW/Extreme Gore and stuff. 'Tame' NSFW is fine. Spoiler: Examples Here's a friend's OC cosplaying as mine. They're basically wearing my same clothes now. The custom pose they also made is really cool! Another example. Rhys cosplaying as Neil. Notice how it's not a perfect imitation! It still has an identity of it's own. You don't have to follow someone's else design to the letter! If you're not confident in your spriting skills, don't worry! You can also just do really simple edits, like putting your Maple Character's head into another character's. In this case, I went through the extra effort of changing the hair and eye colors of my character for literally no reason. If you have no idea who to cosplay as, cosplay as Hunter. Let's make it a meme. I will be making a collage picture of all our cosplaying characters at the end of this collab. The deadline for this collab is by the end of November. TO THE PEOPLE WHO WERE ALREADY DOING THIS BEFORE THIS THREAD WAS CREATED: Please send your works here (following the second rule if possible) so I can include you in the final collage image!
I'd like to say I'm going 'first' but someone else beat me to it and deleted their post to give me the win :( what a chad
Alright here's my true entry (I would've made the full image bigger but Drew's V2 character was custom made instead of from MS Simulator and re-sizing the character would've made it more blurry
