After the 2nd week, i gain back all my weight 'cause i gto dimotivated, but I had to put everything on table and realize that if i keep like this I'll just feel worst, even if i can't run I'll walk as most as I can, putting objectives is the best way to do it, worked for me might as well work for you, dont give up.
well i didnt really gain it back, but school came along and i kinda let loose man, ugh such a pain. but i havent had a soft drink and sweets since i started i gained like 2-3 kgs in a week lol yea but idk abotu running for me right now, its summer for me atm and you might say that itll make me sweat more, but i have eczema and my skin wont be able to handle it for now, ill start when autumn/fall or winter come along.
