    Good question.

    I estimate the following, alternating UP/DOWN: Shift + 2, Shift + 1x3, 4x3, 3x3,2x2,1x2, then I zoom in (usually 400%) and add another layer over that to smoothen it out, moving WITH the flow of the shake until the final 4 movements: 3x3,2x3,1x3.

    If that's not clear enough, I guess I'll make a quick video. (Reposted to correct some of the "Bad Engrish".)

    lmao you should really just play with it, going with a standard procedure really isnt' that good looking.

    I usually do 5 right, then down and left and up then depending on how intense I want to make it, I keep on doing it as 5 pixels and then slow it down gradually doing one time of 4 then maybe 2 times of 3 and then 4-5 times of 2 and 1.

    but thats just the standard, so usually I just fiddle around with the arrow keys while mashing F6 to capture the area I want to be shaken so it doesn't always look so deliberately done.
