DFO Effects

Here's a compilation of all the DFO effects from around mid-2018.
Been hanging on to these for a while and now that the thread Finest made is dead, I figured I'd upload what I extracted.
Finest also uploaded his pack here!

Here you go peeps. I'll be finding and uploading effects from monsters, items, and dungeons sometime in the future as well.

Also, would anyone be interested in a different DFO effect pack sorted by elements like fire, ice, etc?
