I don´t know why I have the feeling that nearly all of your MBR quests that include drawings will be a automatic yes....

lol on topic, looks great, love the design and clothing
    quite lovely
It´s a yes in my opinion

I'm going to say yes because the way the pallet is used is very nice
and your bags/folds are really good, other than the fact that they don't impact the outline at all.

Although the way you shaded the articles of clothing that where "black" like the bottom of the shoes and the thigh highs (or whatever they're called) is pretty bad compared to the rest of the shading
Another point is your hair... it's not terrible... but it's not good... like the root of the hair tends to be one of the darkest places on the hair. I mean the outlines fine it's just the shading.

Also, a suggestion if I may add one, when having a transparent background, especially when you post it here, the points where you colored outside the lines are very noticeable, you could try just place a gray background on a lower layer so you can notice them easier or something else.

Wow, so creative and this is a 'test' ! Wow.
I think your eyes could probably use more shine to actually make them stand out, but nevertheless. It's magnificent.
