I dont, but here's a thing you can do. If the fla is in Flash CS6-Animate CC format, rename the .fla to .zip(or .rar) and extract it. That way, you can just browse the folders and find the sounds.

You can also decompile a library into individual files, including WAV, PNG, MP3-- blah. I think the option is usuall called "extract to objects" or something.
