Some of you need to show some respect to the former staff. It's not often that we get a visit from Derek, Tate, etc. and the last thing they need to see from the new gen is the Horny crap coming out of a kid's mouth. Pun intended.

I agree with Aidan, I treat everyone here the same, Founder or not, its all a matter of just holding moderation accountable for any mishaps with undesirables. I won't really give any credit to older members for being older if they don't really present any respect for me to work with. I am not implying anything though, just voicing a thought.
