Just started another Film Editing/Digital Production class...and they're using Final Cut Pro. I don't get it...FCP is not even one of the main standard editing programs used in professional filmmaking. Why does almost EVERY SCHOOL use it!? T_T

Its used a lot for writing scripts for movies and TV shows. I had to use it during a film camp with Joey Travolta and It was hard as hell to understand at first. You'll get use to it though

Thanks, I really hope I can get used to it. I remember finding it annoying in high school because of the terrible in-project rendering system, but I guess it does have its strengths. Still, I think if they truly want to prep students for the field, they should be teaching Adobe Premiere or AVID :/

what we see gets worked on somewhere in the back of the head. So maybe your brain doesn't want to save something what the eye saw , like something very ugly and your brain and eye are having a conflict now..
