Some people are offended by swearing. Others don't give a da- . . . dang? Either way, not a bad rule. While there are benefits to swearing (they exist, who knew?), gotta do what's best for the majority of the people on the forum, not just the minority. :3

If you're talking about the chatbox, there's a valid reason why that rule was established. People there spewing all kind of profane shit left and right and it's just overall stupid as fuck to see.
