It's revolting the fact human body is not evolved enough to have absolute control on itself, it's safer also which could lead to many disasters but also it doesn't let us go on that next step. Fully control our fears, our emotions, our muscles, our brain activity, our nerves and so on. Imagine the machines we could be? Amazing and also terrifying.

You can actually train yourself to fully control those things. There is just no point in that, for a regular human at least. It only depends on your dedication and intellect, or your source of information. You just don't hear about people who achieved that because doing it for fame is not sufficient and will only make you fail. I know, because i know things.

Your saying it's "revolting" is completely unreasonable, like you sound like you're appalled by the fact that we can't spin our torsos around in a full 360 at will. The fact of the matter is that evolution never called for it and it's overall more efficient of us to focus on actual activities rather than funnel mental power into basic things like breathing.
