No, we really can't. It would be extremely difficult, if even possible, for a living structure like a human to be compressed down to the size of a single atomic particle. And even if it could, there's no way any human alive could adjust to that kind of dramatic change in functionality. You have to remember that this stuff is SCIENCE FICTION.
