My friend had ADHD, it took him a while but after several hospital trips, he came back with AD4K.

I have ADHD myself, personally early on, it helped to have something like a stress ball to just screw around with so that I wasnt doing anything sparatic and so I could pay attention. It took me till highschool to finally self discipline myself, moreover that just comes with time.

Also, while there IS prescribed medication you can take for ADD and ADHD... I do NOT recommend it. I swear, I could pay attention, but it frickn killed my soul. It kinda ruined my childhood as well, imagine not being able to experience Fun as a kid. Pretty much what it felt like.
