I wanna say that the colour shades are too close together, you can barely tell there's shading on the skin and, well let alone the shirt because of how close the colours are.
The hair is probably the most solid part here, albeit it's abit weird shaped lolol

I wanna say to also completely redo the face, the black on the eyes really stands out and the mouth shape is just really awkward - remove the blacks if you can and use a softer browny so it blends in easier i guess, and maybe open her eyes abit more LOL.
The shirt's pretty cool now but it think the shades could be darker - also maybe add some shades to under the arms.
