Action Scene//Holes In rock sprites

Hey was wondering where to find those backgrounds that are used when a character is about to use a powerful move, usually consist of short lines going vertical or horizontal, and also where I could find those sprites that are used when someone has crashed into rocks or the earth and leave that hole behind? Thank you
