The idea of including heterochromia is cool and fun, but there's a ton of contrast between those two eye colors. So much that it's hard to look at anything else on the sprite other than the eyes. It's not that the combination is unrealistic (my sister has that same combination), but with the large eyes that MS sprites have, it's glaring. Maybe you should darken the green a bit?

The hair is one thing, but you need to make the hat stand out more.
