I don't have much to say in terms of the quality of the animation itself. It didn't seem bad to me, but it didn't particularly stand out at all.
For me, personally, at least, there wasn't any compelling reason to keep watching. I finished the video so that I could hopefully give some helpful feedback, but without that reasoning, I would have stopped about thirty seconds in. You could look at YouTube's analytics for this video in particular to see what the average time spent watching it is, because it may just be me and my own tastes.
Additionally, and lastly, the sword at the end looked pretty out of place. Have you considered spriting it or having a sprite of it made?
