The game introduces you to Bob Ross's cousin (probably) called Vince, who is going to be your tutor for the whole game.

I found this game to be really helpful for people, who are beginners at art and want to learn more by playing a game.
Vince draws along with you, tells you neat little facts, explain each step, etc.
The game is mostly based around pencil and paint drawings, but the results from some of the lessons can be surprising for new people.

The game teaches you the basics of shading, highlighting, perspective and more.
