sony vegas and affects effets

hello guys i asking a question i saw animators usi adobe ae and sony vegas i know usin ae but why some animators usin sony vegas after usin ae

If I understood your question properly, you're asking why people who have tried after effects sometimes continue to use Sony Vegas?
Personally, I just prefer Sony Vegas. It's a matter of preference. I also have more experience with it, but in the end, it's really just that I use Sony Vegas because I like it.
I can't speak for anyone else, of course. That's just my own reasoning.

Yup.

Anyways, it's pretty much just preference. I'm not sure what animators you're looking at particularly, but Sony Vegas is a decent video editing program. Then again, so is After Effects.
