Need Help With My First Actual Animation!

I am going to keep this as straight forward as i can, I am not exactly the best at animation. I actually cant say i am decent yet. My teacher stopped teaching me to animate because i am not in an animation class doing animations. I have looked up tutorials but i think i need someone to step me through it, please help, i NEED to become the next great animator, i cannot do this if i dont even know how to make the lips move (Well i do but...ill explain if anyone responds) I hope you all have a good day.

I'm assuming that you've already taken a look at spritefan2's Flash Tutorials, but if you haven't yet, be sure to check those videos out or continue to look into the tutorials section.

That said, it would help a lot to follow along tutorials and make something yourself. You'll not only begin to understand the basics, but you'll understand how to work in your program. From there, it's a lot of practice and experimenting.

Unless you were looking for specific details for help, then it would be beneficial to post those specific issues so we can help/refer you.

What Aran said should also solve a majority of your problems/issues, like lip-sync and possibly basics of animating. Once you post an animation, THEN you'll get more specific help on what to improve on.
