For a 1st animation it's pretty good.
I really liked the lipsync in the end, even though there was no soundclip with talking, it still was synced up well with what I would expect it to be.
There is always room for improvement.

I currently have a week of free time so I'm also working on my 1st flash animation :D

Thank you :) and sadly I can't do any voice recordings yet because I have yet to get a mic but soon

Keep animating. Just keep testing things out and try to make it match the way it looks in your head. Would've liked to see moar.
