I just got done listening to it and I must say I was entertained the whole way. For you to be able to do this in 3 hours is crazy, would like to see what you can do with a week. One tip I want to throw out to you, when you get that nice smooth flow try to make your breaths in between less noticeable but you were killing with that speed, really dope. When the dude was roasting you, tears were just rolling down my face xD got my chest hurting. But this was a nice listen, keep at it.
