Any custom sprite template?

Just started out today and I want to create my first character. I made the sprites of my character and I find it too little. I couldn't find a decent custom sprite template online so here I am asking you guys. Any help will be appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Well you either make your own custom pose or you go in Sprite and Sprite Gallery
