Making custom sprites easier?

Hmm, this really isn't custom but I downloaded a sprite sheet with the full outfit. All I need to add is add my custom hair. Is there a way to make this easier rather than loading new each sprite images and adding the hair into it with paint.NET?

Something you could try to do is load every single sprite image, copy it all into a very large canvas or area (spread each pose out of course), multiple the hair, and keep aligning it to every single pose that on the stage/canvas/area. Otherwise, I don't recall anything else that's possible.
