From what I heard, Maple design won't implement the explode function until after they fix it's stability and performance so there's no way to really explode your character at the moment. However, you can manually edit your character to get the rigs (eg. editing arm out of stand1_0 pose), though it can be hard if you can't really sprite (like me LMAO). Another way is to manually "build" your character like so:
Get your character in design and copy the image to an editing program (I use Paint.Net)

Locate your shirt/pants' ID from here. We need the ID number to extract the shirt. I just c/ped the item's name, and CTRL + F on the site.

Extract your equip! Tutorial on how to do that located here

All the sprites are labeled with their respective pose so it makes it easier to see "build" them. What I did was put the shirt and pants over the sprite we copied in our first step, then deleted the arms. And there we go! There might be an easier way, but it's how I've been creating character rigs since BS4 went down.

If you need the basic body for something; the link is here
If your character has items from BS3, then you can just use the explode function in there. The download link to BS3
If you have anymore questions feel free to ask or pm me! GL creating your rigs
