Eyyyyy not bad! Yeah going from paper to photoshop is really tough gettin used to but it's the best way to start off digital drawing! I did the same when I first started doing digital art and look at me now!

I think the pose is pretty cool! The hair seems a bit off on the left side since she has a few spikes but then one of the spikes just goes straight down, I'd replace that flat hair with another hair spike to help the silhouette, Also some of the facial features seem a bit floaty so I'd try using crosshairs to indicate the center of the face and the eyeline to determine where the features go! Besides that there's some anatomical issues but all that stuff usually just comes with practice so I say keep goin man! Lookin good! <:
