Voting for Alex.
Even though your taste in fonts is grotesque and you put no effort in exercising proper typing (or even attempting to implement a sensible plot to your animation) I still liked it a lot more than Trashbag's. Not sure why you used such an underwhelming sound effect for an entire truck crashing into the fucking ground, though. Despite all of that, I still was way more entertained by what was happening as opposed to Trashbag's animation. I don't really feel like going in-depth with what was wrong in either of these animations, I'll at least say that in Trashbag's, I saw a lot of shitty timing, poorly placed jumpcuts, movements that weren't eased, and just overall nothing being satisfying about it. I also saw a lot of the same in Alex's, but I could also tell that at the very least he was a lot more careful about timing and fluidity in his fight scene, which I can appreciate.
Alex, do make sure to study sound/graphic design and work on actually typing properly.

At least spell my name right if you want a rematch.
"Trashbag"
For some reason, a few sounds are just...missing in your animation, like when Alex jumps off the bench and lands it's completely silent.
It's actually pretty hard to see the lid here since it nearly blends in with the speedlines because of how dark it is.
This just sorta...happens. It's so sudden and it doesn't even have some kind of start up to it, the ice just appears with a very quiet sound effect and suddenly the lid is in the ice (with completely different ice shards for some odd reason) with NO sound effect or anything.
What?
Did he throw something...?
Why didn't he change poses if you were trying to have him do that?
"Alex"
Why are all of these people just...here? The least you could have done was made them blink or had them walking around like you already did with other characters. Seemed kinda odd to me.
Also, the only one that reacted to that extremely quiet car noise was Trashbag, all of the other characters just stayed where they were completely oblvious to the incoming car which wasn't even shown on camera and the car crashing doesn't even sound like an actual car crash, it was just some sword sound effect and that was it, no glass breaking, no other sounds, just...swords sounds.
This isn't how it works. The food truck that Trashbag was in was flipped the other way, and if somebody crashed into him THIS bad, it wouldn't be rotated like that, it'd be flat on it's side or completely flipped over, not sticking out of the ground like that (I'm pretty sure that wouldn't even be possible unless the car was really far into the ground.)
Why am I just kinda strollin through without a care in the world? A car crash just happened and the first thing everybody does is stare at the crash itself or try and help the people involved in it.

So I just realized something as I was typing this, why did the camera pan to the left if that car crash was on the right?
I really wish there was another shot of the sword going into the tree and then bringing it back rather than a very quiet sound effect of a tree being stabbed in my left ear.
Aside from him smiling, why is he in that pose when he got hit in his back? Not really the best pose for something like that.
Not really sure who I'll vote for.
