Sprite Updated (Title Night Sky)

So I don't know if posting this the right place so if i'm i'm still new here a bit.
I made this cause why not i thought it would be nice i did some little changes to my Sprite while i could tell what y'all think plus if anyone to give me advice on something i don't mind taking cause i need the advice to get if i need to better ^^"

The character is standing on the ground, that ground is behind that pillar but the character is in front of the pillar. You get why that doesn't work, right?

Also that scythe is cut out and resized which... trust me it does NOT look good, try giving it a go and re-sprite it yourself!
