Flash CS6 features issue

I've been using the same old method to install this adobe flash normally.
few days ago when i open up flash, i saw "unable to use Flash Professional features in basic flash"



I have no idea what does it means. so, I just ignored it and got on flash. when i tried to open my flash, i realized, all of my movie clips have been reset. everything is messed up. of course I got fed up.
I checked the actionscript settings, im like OH it's AS3! so i changed it to AS2.

weirdly it's still the same. EVEN weirder, I can't use any blur,glow or any other features. so i tried closing the fla and open AS2 so that i can import it there

BUT



I have no idea what is happening with this dumb flash. I have the same exact issue with https://forums.adobe.com/message/6254168#6254168 but i couldn't understand a thing and it's not even CS6.

I've downgraded to CS5.5 .
a friend of mine helped me out. ohmygosh
so it's good for me to open up cs6 files while i can open cs5 files too. It's pretty amazing.

thanks peeps for asking if i reinstall and everything. trying other methods. so far, nothing worked, still a mystery.

whoever gonna have this in future, downgrade or upgrade it pfft
