"What was the crime our characters commited? and do I have to implement plot based on that for my build-up?"
- 1.) The crime was a robbery, and the leader of the squad has the stolen artifact, but the Sonic Team does not know who has it, thus why everyone split-up. 2.) No, have your character act based on his/her personality after escaping a crime-scene. One of the main things that should be in your character's mind is how to escape/defeat the Sonic Team Member assigned to your character.

- You can use anyone's Sonic FC
"Can I use any software to animate?"
-Yes, feel free to use what ever program you'll like, but just make sure you can export in .MP4
"Can I make more than one entry?"
-No.
"So...My character loses and then gets tied up to ballons? What do you mean by that?"
-Yes, every member from Sonic's Team will have a gadget made by Tails. This creation by Tails is pretty much a small pokeball-type gadget that can be activated on a person. Once this gadget is activated, it will automatically wrap your character and inflate 3 balloons which will then take your character to jail where they can be checked on for the stolen artifact.
