I liked the part where you grabbed the ball; and punched it a few times. The jabs were also pretty cool, I liked your blurred lines. I'd say your camera-shake is a little bit too intense, and I also think your camera should be lowered a bit to ease that dead space at the end.

I'm not sure if you wanted CnC; and if you didn't, I apologize my man. Happy belated birthday, too!

heyy welcome back, first off i recommend joining the discord if you want more immediate feedback since the forums are really only used to post content these days.
i think one thing that could help out is to make sure the feet doesn't slide all over the place when they're attacking.
at most you either wanna keep it firm on the floor or slide on the frame where the punch is happening
