Adobe Flash CS3 exporting problem

So I was trying to export my animation. The problem was that both the ratio and quality changed. I exported it as QuickTime.mov type.
In the Flash preview, the original ratio was 16:9, looked nice until it changed to some weird square-shaped ratio after I exported it.
Any idea how to fix this problem ? Thanks in advance !
Edit 1: Tried to export it as Window Avi but the V-cam turned out does not work.

Alternative: Common workflow here while working with Flash is to export your animation as SWF and then use the program called "Swivel" to export it to mp4 format.
