This isn't really finished and there isn't much for me to look at in the first place.
There's a ton of pausing throughout the animation and a lot of it is just still poses with effects. 6s-9s was just that. There weren't even any sound effects or anything after this point either which was really confusing. The camera is just panning and it's not really following anything, no camera shake, and it's just bland overall.
You didn't really give us a whole lot to work with so this is all I can say.
