Fly, a fast type pokemon. He is a childish fighting lovin' goof.

Personality
He is only 15 years old so he's still childish, although he is still smart for his age. He loves fighting very much, he would fight anyone as long as he has a proper excuse. Most of the time, he just messes around even when the world is in stake because he thinks he can handle anything that comes his way (almost like Vegeta). He wants to enjoy life his own way so he may not always be serious unless it's absolutely necessary. If he approaches someone powerful, he initially mocks them until he feels their actual power. Although, if he's dominating the fight, he either flex or just remains calm while smiling like he already won the fight. In general, he still is chill to hang with, however, he doesn't talk to a lot of people so it may appear he isn't very social. Confused? Just imagine Riley from Boondocks as a puffball.

Moveset
-His punches are very weak, so he only attacks by kicking with his feet, which are more powerful than an average kick.
-He is incredibly fast but sometimes he can be predictable the more he shows off his speed. Although, he can use this speed to cross-up his opponent.
-He can spawn as many shurikens as he can and control them with his hands, which is a substitute for punches in away. However, the disadvantage is that the more shurikens he spawns, the harder to control them. The shurikens also connect to his speed, so if he spawns too many, he would appear way too slow and weaker.
-His method of fighting is tricking his opponents by cross-ups or mix-ups, but this can be predictable the more he does it.
