Last Spriters Standing Event

Rules:
- The event duration is 50 days.
- You are required to submit a sprite each day.
- Skipping one day or not meeting the requirements results in disqualification.

Sadly, due to prior engagements and other administration issues, the artist was unable to finish the series, so for now this comic is on indefinite hiatus. We will inform you if there is any news of continuation.

And if you want to see all of Lewis's sprites in one line:

"Issa lowkey party"

If you couldn't already tell, Lewis wanted most of the characters to be on a couch. He said he will make the couch on his last day, but he lost track of time on the 21st day and got disqualified from continuing earlier than he expected, although he said he may continue this for the next Last Spriters Standing event.

Initially, he wanted to do characters that smoked, then drugs in general, then it just became one of those liberal adult parties or something.

Can you name all the characters? or at least who they belong to?

And here are some notes on some of my sprites

"I'm sad I didn't make it to the end"

These two were meant to be put together to show Sai sighing on a scythe sign to see the sites in Siberia. The cross is a Russian orthodox cross to fit Siberia.

Here is an explanation:


I tried to make a Bob Ross version of Frosty since he going ham on them landscapes, but it didnt go so well.

I'll post a full version of the fusion scenes when I finish that last frame and maybe add some text.

Special Thanks to all our guest participants, especially Blanc's friend Xelo who was basically first to submit his professional content like every day within hours of the date change, the mad man.

Looking forward to next time where us nonfinishers can hopefully do better.

YALL REALLY DID THAT.. My goodness congrats to all involved! Even a sprite a day for two days consecutively is an achievement in my opinion, especially those huge big canvased ones, and with the likeliness of having other mediums or projects simultaneously(?)

I can only see a large amount of the pixel art in these collab posts compared to the sprite section itself, but then again, I dont have discord. (yet.)
