Strengths:

-Stronger than an average human due to being a cyborg
-Durable
-Fast
-Intelligent in all areas
-High deductive abilities
-Uses cybernetic katana (inactive saw blades embedded) and pistol
-Skill at katana like a samurai
-Expert marksman
-Can blink (time skip) to warp short distances
-Can recall (time rewind) to regenerate wounds
-Overdrive to overclock her current gear and boost every aspect
-Overdrive activates saw blades making katana ultrasonic
-Overdrive boosts gunshots into huge blasts
-Overdrive makes her constantly in a state of recall, instantly regenerating wounds
-Overdrive speeds her up immensely, basically bullet time
Weaknesses:
N/A: She is a state of the art cyborg designed to minimise weaknesses. She doesn't lose. Anything else is self-inflicted. To beat her you need to just overpower her which is not easy.
-Cyborg so she runs on power, and needs to use light energy to recharge.
-Overdrive can only be used for 13.2 seconds, any further will result in a lot of damage, burned nerves, etc. More details in MBR Demo and MBR vs Min. Can eventually become permenant, hence, a wild card only.
Fighting Style:
This video summarises it pretty well
-Dual wielding katana and gun
-Shoots first and slices or lets the bullet kill
-Very fast moving. Involves flips, spinning dashing, blinking, etc.
-Rarely uses overdrive as she is more than capable of dealing with threats and there are more downsides to using it.
-In overdrive, she blitzes past everything, saws off things easily, gunshots are like cannons and spins around more with more mobility to boot.

-Dodges in weird ways, leans back, sways, just swinging like a mad man with no strategy or style
-His adaptiveness is through the roof, learns from fights and steals techniques on accident
-Improves a lot of attacks making him very adaptable
-Uses environment to advantage

Weaknesses:
-Human limitations
-His strengths aren't too good when compared to an actual fighter
-He has no strategy or style, he swings aimlessly
-No backbone, is a coward and will retreat fights frequently
-Not durable, due to not being in many fights or having no stamina, so relies on dodging. A few hits is enough to take him out
-Terrible at long range, he only starts taking a lot of damage and gets aggrevated when Drew started using his gun on him in MBR vs Drew
Fighting Style:
Just like personality, you can see his fighting style in those animations.
-Fights with dual knives (pre-MBR vs Drew).
-Fights with a single knife (post-MBR vs Drew).
-Brawler, fights dirty and can use fists.
-The murderer isn't too strong and mainly finds prey instead of opponents. He is fairly cowardly too and knows his limits. He isn't looking to fight, he is looking to kill.
-He takes more L's than W's, so unlike Nina, his weaknesses can be exploited and his strengths aren't too impressive.
-(pre-MBR vs Drew): Straightforward and aggressive. Slashes and punches away without much thought. Attacks and dodges in awkward angles and is fairly acrobatic.
