Any Alternatives to Adobe Animate

Well I could Sail the Seven Seas and do that but I dont want to run the risk and have my data stolen so I shall ask the people in Maplemation simply because everyone here knows what they are doing and thought I might as well Ask Here

if you're talking about adobe animate 2022, you might just want to get flash 8 (which can be downloaded at https://animatearchive.neocities.org/?home safely atleast from when I last used it. just scroll down a bit). a bit old but a decent amount of people still use it in 2023 somehow

if you're talking about ADOBE in general, you might be out of luck
