the problem was solved.
I was using a Basic vcam i found somewhere else, but i then downloaded the maplemation one and swapped out the logos.
now I'm just waiting on cs6 to update. stupid internet.

"just a thought"maybe you should try to think about is what your character can't do here and what their fighting style would be.
