Remember how I told you I gained everything I lost. Lol I'm lower now, its been like 2 weeks. Something about like 4kg in 2 weeks (I havent been restricting as much) but i have taken into consideration of running an stuff :D Ive done a few runs dropping a friend off at her place (she lives relatively close, idk 4-6 streets maybe) and yeah .
