I once did 7 miles. And only because I was following my coach the whole time. He was going for a 10 mile run. And finally told me I was supposed to go back at 2 miles.

3 days Ran/walked 48Km...Hell I'm serious about losing weight, last week I gain weight due to eating and being lazy never again, time to get serious about thing. Ps. my legs hurt so much i think I won't be able to walk tomorrow lol....
