In all honesty one is just faster than the other creating a smoother feel. It's not really all that smoove compared to other one.

^^ Basically this. Why waste your time with 60 fps? It really doesn't bring that much out. Animations aren't all about being really smooth.

It's only useful when you're trying to animate a whole ton of detail that you can't animate properly in 30 fps.

^they are both equally fast. The 60 fps one just managed to sneak in some extra details, which makes it more 'smooth'.

i tend to animate at 25 basically because it has more balanced between key frames but i'll soon move to 30, extra details can be did in any fps imo
