I do like the drawing, but the character is hardly wearing a costume, nor does he really seem to be trick or treating. It looks more like he's just going to school. I think a background would have helped a lot, though with the character's outfit, it may still not have met the requirements. For example, you could have placed this drawing on the porch of a house, the front door open to someone handing out candy, maybe with some jack-o-lanterns off to the side. But given that the character's attire still isn't much of a costume, I'm not sure if just adding a background like that would really fix everything.

Thank Kim. I understand that the costume is very casual, but it is based on the Pokemon Go Trainer. I guess this is more of a cosplay, but usually cosplay and costume goes hand in hand. A background would have spice things up hahah, but oh well. I didn't have much time for it unfortunately. Maybe in my next drawing I might have a background.

The ears seem to just be pasted on, rather than actually stitched on as the drawing was trying to imply. It just doesn't scream trick-or-treating to me. I'll have to vote no for this, but I do like the drawing style. :)
