After Effects Realtime

I noticed that whenever I play the video in After Effects, the realtime is always off. It keeps saying that the frames per second don't match the frames per second that I want, being 30. Another thing is that the frames per second keep changing for some reason. I'm not sure why that keeps happening.

Yeah you gotta hit "0" in the number pad instead
