looking for hit/damage effect sprite

Hi, I'm looking for hit effect sprites-- I don't know what to really called it but it's something like this

I tried googling it but most of them are really over the top and large sprites.
So can anybody provide me a website/.rar files/files/or what it's actually called so I can try looking for it again

For the weapon swings, those are from the MapleStory sprites! Here's a pack that I use.
(Sorry for some resized/duplicates, literally just rar'd what I had xD)

For the left hit/slice effect, that looks like from the beginner warrior skills effects. I have no idea where to get the MapleStory skills effects sprites, but that's my guess of what it is!!
